POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

At NCR Atleos we continue to evolve our Solutions to meet the new and challenging demands of the FI services marketplace. As a Product Manager in NCR Atleos you will be responsible overseeing your products and solutions from conception, to lauch, through lifecyle and final end of life activity. You’ll gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define the product vision, and work closely with engineering, sales, support, marketing, internal/external business partners to deliver winning products and ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

As a Product Manager for a global leader in the ATM industry, you will need to develop an understanding of diverse global financial institution requirements, and work closely with NCR Atleos teams in every continent to deliver global ATM services and solutions.

  • The ability to think strategically but also a willingness to work at a detailed level and do what it takes to enable business growth and process improvement.
  • Drive multiple programmes to enable and ultimately create demand and grow revenue and margin.
  • Pro-active engagement on new deals as they move through Sales Engagement cycle, working across functions including Sales, PreSales and Service Architects, Mgd Services, Ops, IT, Engineering and Product Mgt colleagues.
  • Proactively collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement, simplification, convergence and standardisation of our solution architectures and design, technology stack, tools, processes, practices and delivery infrastructure.
  • Pro-actively participate in knowledge sharing communities internally and externally.
  • Supporting NCR’s global sales organization for solution training, sales strategy, customer presentations and RFP responses.
  • Supporting development, pilot, onboarding, deployment and entry in to new markets with our owned and managed network or ATMaaS offers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
  • 3-4 years of experience in roles involved in managing technology, fintech, software development or service delivery and technology related business roles.
  • Proven ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving in business to business environment, preferably in the context of a large global organization.
  • Demonstrated collaboration, influencing and leadership skills as you work with multiple cross functional and global teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Product or Services Management, Project Management, Product Owner role.
  • Competent Excel user, comfortable with analysing a range of data.
  • Competent Powerpoint user, able to create effective presentations to communicate complex concepts.
  • B2B Sales, Sales or Services Support or other customer facing experience.
  • ITIL certification or experience of working within an ‘ITIL’ organisation would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of NCR or ATM Deployer product platforms and solutions and/or knowledge of operating an ATM Estate would be an advantage
