We are growing our team and are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our dynamic product management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in product leadership, coupled with a passion for the arts and web3 technology. This role demands a visionary with a proven track record of delivering exceptional products that meet market needs and enhance user experience.
In this high-impact, hands-on position, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the development and execution of our products from the ground up, ranging from the main objkt platform to developer tools, and APIs.

Tasks

  • Team Leadership: Lead the product team, managing product release processes across the company.
  • Revenue Optimization: Drive revenue by optimizing key user journeys, including purchase conversion, discovery, and onboarding.
  • Success Metrics: Define, track, and report on key success metrics with a focus on revenue growth and user engagement.
  • Product Strategy: Organize and implement product strategy in alignment with overall business goals, co-shaping its direction.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Simplify onboarding processes and continuously improve UX/UI to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Roadmap Prioritization: Prioritize product roadmap initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and business impact.
  • Customer Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and new features.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests to optimize product features and make data-driven decisions.
  • Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Oversee product budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation to key initiatives
  • Research: Stay ahead of trends in digital art and NFTs to keep the product competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • Zurich Location: Must be based in Zurich, Switzerland or willing to relocate to Zurich to work closely with the team and stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience and track record in product management, delivering value with world-class products
  • Strong technical background and a solid understanding of blockchain/web3 technology and its applications
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage the shifting priorities and challenges of a startup environment.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation
  • Passion for design and usability
