The Position
Responsibilities:
- Maintain close relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other relevant stakeholders to capture insights and identify customer pain points. Analyse the market and competitive landscape to determine appropriate product positioning, pricing, and marketing activities. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert and the primary contact for the product portfolio with regional and global colleagues.
- Ensure forecast accuracy by analysing market data and competitive activities, as well as information from the CRM and teams. Plan and prioritise projects, major activities, and allocate budget effectively, proactively assisting the team in identifying and securing sales opportunities.
- Participate in the evaluation of competitor responses to strategic tenders by preparing and collecting necessary information to meet tender requirements, in collaboration with other involved parties.
- Train commercial teams to effectively commercialise the portfolio. Establish internal procedures, and management controls to ensure compliance with business, quality, regulatory, and accounting standards within the team.
- Master our digital solutions portfolio and craft impactful messaging that underscores the value proposition and benefits of our digital solutions, ensuring successful commercialization, implementation, and value recognition.
- Collaborate with the organisation to seamlessly integrate digital solutions into existing sales channels and marketing campaigns, working closely with global headquarters for strategic alignment. Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive market development strategies to enhance market awareness and user adoption of our digital solutions. Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities within the diagnostics space.
- Identify new business opportunities with both prospective and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing optimal solutions. This includes partnering with third parties and developing innovative business models. Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the digital health ecosystem to expand our reach and impact, champion new initiatives, and ensure sustainable growth for our established diagnostics solutions
