POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Product Manager for Payments & Financial Solutions, you will be responsible for building a suite of payment and finance products from the ground up. Your role will be pivotal in helping churches streamline donations, payments, and overall financial processes. This position requires a unique combination of product management expertise, business acumen, and a passion for understanding the specific needs of churches.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in German and English is required; additional European languages are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product development within SaaS, Fintech, or relevant domain experience in the church or non-profit sector
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems, financial processes, and regulatory frameworks

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the needs of churches or non-profits is essential

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs and pain points within payments and financial solutions
  • Lead the entire product development cycle, from ideation to achieving product-market fit
  • Engage in business development activities to attract early adopters and drive initial sales of MVPs (minimum viable products)
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ensure seamless product integration, timely delivery, and successful market adoption
  • Define, measure, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and business impact
