Responsibilities:
- 5-8 years of experience leading product areas with demonstrated impact.
- A track record of solving complex customer challenges through innovative solutions.
- The ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions in fast-changing environments.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to synthesise complex information into clear proposals.
- Proven experience shipping products in fast-paced environments, ideally in a startup or scale-up setting.
- Bias for action in improving what exists.
- Creative problem-solving skills with innovative thinking.
