ABOUT THE TEAM
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the Payments & Verification Domain, a critical part of our platform’s success. In this role, you will oversee the development and optimization of both payments infrastructure and verification processes (KYC, AML), ensuring smooth, secure transactions and compliant user onboarding across multiple regions.
You will lead a cross-functional team of 20+ engineers and specialists, driving discovery, development, and enhancement of payment and verification solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and KYC/AML processes, along with a customer-first mindset to create frictionless experiences for our global users. Your focus will be on continuously improving the user experience while meeting regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in product management within fintech, particularly in payments and verification (KYC, AML) systems.
- Deep understanding of payments infrastructure, including gateways, processors, fraud prevention, and cross-border payment optimization.
- Strong experience managing KYC/AML processes and ensuring compliance with global regulatory frameworks.
- Extensive experience in product discovery, conducting user research, analyzing data, and implementing customer-centric solutions.
- Technical proficiency, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing payment and verification products.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders toward shared goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable product strategies.
- Familiarity with global financial regulations, including AML, and GDPR.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver on tight timelines.
- Proficiency in English is required;
- Fluency in Russian is mandatory;
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for both payments and verification, from discovery to execution and iteration, ensuring seamless integration with our proprietary trading platform.
- Oversee a cross-functional team of 20+ engineers, payment specialists, and compliance experts, guiding them to deliver secure and efficient payment and verification solutions.
- Drive product discovery by deeply understanding customer pain points, conducting user research, and analyzing transaction and verification data to identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to integrate multiple payment methods (e.g., card payments, bank transfers, digital wallets) and ensure smooth transaction flows across various regions and currencies.
- Optimize KYC/AML processes to streamline user onboarding while maintaining compliance with global regulatory standards, including PSD2, AML, and GDPR.
- Continuously monitor payment and verification performance metrics, such as transaction success rates and verification approval times, using insights to drive product enhancements.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and external partners to ensure that payment and verification features meet all regulatory and security requirements.
- Prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs while optimizing the user journey from payment to verification.
- Lead A/B testing, prototyping, and other experiments to validate new ideas and iterate on existing features to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging payment technologies, and changes in verification regulations to ensure our platform remains competitive and compliant.
