• Monitoring ongoing product performance, designing and delivering growth initiatives to drive profitability and market share for the Personal Loans Book.
• Support the Service Owner/Head of in conducting market and customer research to support Product Strategy and new proposition development.
• Execute Pricing changes in accordance with the Price management framework.
• Supporting the Service Owner/Head of in business cases to secure funding for change initiatives.
• Conduct NPS and complaints analysis and deliver solutions to solve customer pain points.
• Maintain and execute changes to Personal Loans collateral (Customer and banker facing)
• Supporting rectification of Personal Loan Incidents and Issues as the SME.
• Maintaining high Product Governance standards and effective risk mitigation and control mechanisms for the Personal Loans book.
• Be a subject matter expert and use in-depth knowledge of Personal Loans product to provide input and support change initiatives across the value chain.
