Job Description
INTRODUCING PRODUCT AT TRAINLINE
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Product Manager to lead our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) strategy to deliver personalised, secure and seamless access to our platform.
Trainline believes in providing a friction free train travel experience, starting from searching for a journey, to boarding the train, to enjoying the stay at the destination. We are a fast-growing consumer business that operates across Europe – with widespread usage in the UK, France, Italy and Spain. This role will help define and execute the strategy and vision for CIAM, that enables secure, scalable, and delightful identity and access experiences for all our customers.
From registration, account management, login & authentication to authorisation & access management, you will focus on balancing security, compliance, and user experience to foster trust and loyalty among our customers.
You’ll be responsible for both the strategy and the day-to-day execution of the roadmap, working cross functionally with Engineering, Architecture, Product and other departmental colleagues to achieve our goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in a Product Management role in a tech business
- Worked in a fast-paced environment where you’ve had to think on your feet and bring people together to problem solve
- In depth experience of customer centric thinking through insights, data and experimentation.
- Analytical thinking and decision making, able to weigh up conflicting priorities and make the right decision using a balance of data inputs
- Worked with a full-stack team or led delivery coordination across multiple teams
- Knowledge and experience of working with Agile frameworks, writing user stories, setting sprint goals and collaborating with teams on acceptance criteria
- Experience in Customer Identity & Access Management protocols, data privacy regulations and API integrations would be beneficial
