REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for candidate with Automotive experience and Demonstrable experience in managing a product with analytics and advanced reporting

• Engage with clients, prospects, end-users, subject matter experts, and leadership team to identify and define product opportunities in the Automotive market. • Develop detailed product requirements for owned products, working closely with senior product management. • Prioritize projects and features across the product offering. • Assist the VP of Product in maintaining a product roadmap. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and deep dive into features to ensure well-validated, understood, and effectively articulated requirements. • Define and track success metrics. • Demonstrate expertise in the product area, responding to questions from prospects and customers. Product Delivery: • Collaborate with the Product Delivery team to manage the backlog, plan sprints, and prioritize requirements and bug fixes. • Ensure all product requirements are planned ahead of the sprint, and the team fully understands requirements. • Balance conflicting needs and desires between customers, management, data, design, and engineering teams. • Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality work and responsiveness. • Assist clients with technical requests and resolve issues. • Lead small teams (matrix management) and manage Business Analysts (BAs) to achieve product goals. • Foster a collaborative environment, driving cross-functional team alignment and productivity.
