Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team! This role will deliver impact at the intersection of Provider experience, healthcare benefits and enterprise software. A diverse set of end-users, including providers, members, brokers, and group benefits administrators use our core product. This team builds tools that enables a benefits provider to deliver digital end-user experiences.
Are you a curious problem solver masquerading as a Product Manager? Using evidence and analysis from your team and other business leads in the organization, you work with key partners to identify challenges in customer journeys. You help define impactful solutions that improve the transaction cost, quality, and expediency of growing the value and marketability of your product.

The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $95,160.00 - $135,420.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $76,830.00 - $109,335.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Delta Dental of Washington, Arcora Foundation, and TriForza intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate’s geographic location.

  • Understand the competitive landscape and develop the strategy for product growth
  • Develop product roadmap aligned with platform’s goals and objectives
  • Prioritize and refine team backlog in line with strategic goals and find opportunities to increase roadmap velocity
  • Own business outcomes and define team goals to realize roadmap objectives, collaborate with team members and customers to set development priorities
  • Mentor and scale the team’s capabilities, process, and methods by identifying, assessing and acting on opportunities to improve performance
  • Collaborate with enterprise customers from product onboarding and implementation to delivery and launch of new experiences
  • Advocate for accessible user experiences and direct research initiatives to support long-term accessibility strategy and roadmap
  • Engage directly with customers and end users as appropriate and generate insights from interactions and data.
  • Identify and measure critical metrics and translate High-level customer needs to user-stories
  • Seek data to uncover opportunities that deliver customer value and handle expectations across the organization

  • 4 years developing and growing a product. Applied knowledge of product and project management principles and methods.
  • Ability to synthesize the needs of diverse user groups into a single product and invested in delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • A constant learner looking at each opportunity for continuous improvement
  • Good knowledge of scrum and engineering team methods and processes, performed and applied user experience research to drive product growth
  • Exposure to Software-as-a-Service product is valuable
