Role Profile:
Real-Time is at the heart of data at LSEG. The adoption of Public Cloud across the financial services industry has resulted in an exciting and dynamic shift from traditional market data workflows. At LSEG Real-Time we are accelerating development of our capabilities in this space. We focus on supporting our customers as they embark on their cloud journeys.
Take the lead as the business owner for our Real-Time Managed Distribution Service product, spearheading efforts across the AMERS region. It is a high-profile position that blends subject matter expertise, product capability improvement oversight with sales support in an area of fast growth and extensive industry transformation.
Working with a wider and diverse Product Team you will help shape, develop and grow our strategic Real-Time products. You will build the offering used across a wide client base to deliver our industry-leading content.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Can effectively gather and integrate feedback and recommendations to anticipate market trends and customer needs, ensuring these insights are seamlessly incorporated into product features and capabilities. This role requires regular interaction with both internal and external partners, as well as close collaboration with Product counterparts to define and support product strategy that meets client and market demands.
Workstyle Model:
We know balance is the key, therefore we propose hybrid way of working. You are welcome to work from our brand-new office every day, but you have still an opportunity to stay at home if needed. In this position you can work 4 days a week from home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collate and synthesize feedback and recommendations which anticipate market trends and customer needs and are reflected effectively in product features and capabilities.
  • Frequent contact across all stakeholders, both internal and external. Requires strong liaison with their Product counterparts on business requirements and support and definition of product strategy to meet client and market demands.
  • Support the research, creation, development and launch of a new public cloud based managed services proposition for LSEG Real-Time, that not only complements the current private cloud-based proposition but supports our data feed business by increasing the range of services available to our clients in hosted or service-based models.
  • Ensure that the new proposition is aligned to other service offerings, both functionally and commercially, enabling the growth of our overall client revenues across Real-Time.
  • Understand the technical and commercial risks and benefits of migrating clients from a deployed solution to a LSEG managed service.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in Product and Proposition Sales to support and help define the product capabilities, strategy and priorities for LSEG Real-Time Managed Distribution Services capabilities.
  • Drive product capabilities through the product roadmap as well as ensuring Platform capabilities are leveraged where appropriate.
  • Work with key stakeholders in Customer Operations, Central Services, Partners team and Technology to implement and execute on product deliverables.
  • Collect and synthesize client and stakeholder feedback, distilling into actionable recommendations for investment or operational enhancement, relating to product offerings and requests for new enhancements.
  • Drive product enhancements and changes, and ensure comprehensive, timely communication of enhancements to client/stakeholders
  • Strengthen our sales/commercial message by creating and enhancing a library of marketing-focused statistics and documentation, including factsheets, data collection methodologies, competitive comparisons
  • Standard product management functions including roadmap ownership, collaboration with technology and Customer & Content Ops on priorities, issue/risk management, and cross-department coordination.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Degree in a relevant industry (IT, finance) or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams and think tactically and strategically.
  • Experience in business cost/benefit analysis and competitive comparisons, as well as in building a case for, and successfully implementing, new business initiatives.
  • Background in market data services is highly desirable, as well as experience with developer portals/services or APIs.
  • Strong track record of delivery involving global, horizontal teams.
  • Excellent business writing, verbal communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization.
  • Must possess strong networking and leadership skills, excellent time management and proven ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment.
  • Self-motivated ‘go-getter’ and conversationalist, with the confidence to regularly interact with new clients/stakeholders – whether these are API developers or C-suite executives.
  • Ability to understand, translate and simplify complex, detailed information into easy to understand, marketing/sales-centric material and presentations.
  • Understand and articulate which new markets and territories will most effectively grow the business.

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience in supporting, developing or selling Public Cloud based services.
  • Financial market data provider/aggregator competitive content and product knowledge.
  • Proven and relevant experience in technical product and program management.
  • Experience in full software development life cycle using industry standard methodologies such as agile, iterative and waterfall.
