Responsibilities:
- To prepare and implement repertoire campaigns for an allocated roster of artists and catalogues, utilising an insights-driven approach.
- To produce cutting edge digital content and consumption initiatives through to comprehensive physical products releases, with associated marketing assets; anything from cutting edge digital content and consumption initiatives to high-end physical products, including multi-format artist box sets as well as reissue campaigns, and branded series with associated marketing campaigns.
- To ensure all creative, campaign and commercial objectives are delivered according to the agreed artist / repertoire strategy.
- To work both autonomously and collaboratively within a core repertoire team of seven (based in various territories) alongside all the other functions of a forward-thinking, service-oriented contemporary music company.
- To develop relationships with all key stakeholders, including artist managers.
- To support team members and complete administrative tasks where required.
- To work with external PR teams and media partners, co-ordinating marketing domestically and internationally.
