SD Worx HR (formerly known as Aditro) is a full HR suite with Core HR, Talent, Absences, Expense and integration capabilities. With a large installed base in the Nordic countries (Normay, Sweden, Finland), we drive the regional SD worx agenda from an HR perspective, while integrating with our local Payroll systems. In the strategy of Sd Worx, we are extending the usage of this HR suite on a domestic level to Denmark and mainly to Germany. This means that the HR suite will have to be prepared for usage in German HR/Payroll deals, integrating with Fidelis (highest prio), Acurat and of course the new German payroll in a later stage. With that combination of HR and Payroll we will be able to gain a bigger market share in Germany.
For the SD Worx HR teams located in Stockholm and Helsinki we are looking for a Product manager that will guide the product on this challenging and very cool journey. We are looking for an ambitious Product manager that brings her/his experience to a tribe with great development squads located in Sweden, Finland and soon Mauritius/Spain. Someone who likes the challenge to bring products to new markets. Working in a setting of multiple countries, multiple tribes within SD Worx, driving growth of a product suite, putting HR clearly on the agenda in those new markets..
