The Role:
We’re looking for a creative and action-oriented Product Manager to drive the development of our AI-powered customer service platform. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, user experience, and business strategy to create products that delight our clients and their customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end product development for AI-driven features
  • Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic goals
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to understand client needs and market trends
  • Create detailed product specifications and user stories for engineering and design
