Description:
PRODUCT MANAGER - STATLAS
As the Product Manager for Statlas, you’ll take ownership of our product roadmap and manage cross-functional projects to bring new features and improvements to life. You’ll coordinate closely with our data, engineering, and operations teams, driving clarity, organization, and accountability across all project stages. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented leader with a passion for project planning and feature prioritization, eager to deliver quality features that align with business objectives and customer needs.
NECESSARY SKILLS
- 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS, data analytics, or e-commerce environments.
- Proven experience managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Strong project planning skills, including experience developing detailed project plans, defining milestones, and tracking progress.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful features that drive business value.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working directly with data or engineering teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for feature prioritization and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Product Roadmap Ownership: Manage and continuously update the Statlas product roadmap, aligning it with overall business objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to keep the team organized and focused. Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear product requirements and ensure accurate communication with the data team.
- Feature Prioritization: Work closely with the data team to prioritize features based on impact, timeline, and available resources, optimizing the delivery of high-impact features.
- Task Coordination: Assign and track tasks for team members, addressing any roadblocks or delays as they arise, and fostering accountability at every project stage.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate regular check-ins with the data team and other departments to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines. Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, upcoming features, and any changes to timelines.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports on project status, including metrics on task completion, upcoming deadlines, and potential risks, to the VP of Operations and other stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and proactively address project challenges, coordinating with relevant teams to keep projects on track and ensure the delivery of quality features.
