SWEEP IS HIRING A PRODUCT MANAGER TO HELP US GROW OUR SUSTAINABILITY DATA MANAGEMENT PLATFORM.

Glad you asked. This is who we’re looking for:

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate would check most of the following:

  • 3 years of experience in software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B space
  • Proficient in English, French is a bonus
  • Good understanding of user research principles and technical requirements elicitation
  • Experience in animating of ideation workshops with internal or external audience
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the definition and communication of the product vision and strategy, making sure it remains aligned with the company’s overall goals and market needs.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Gather and define product requirements, creating detailed specifications and user stories to guide the development process.
  • Track product performance metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize the product.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and successes, managing expectations and securing necessary buy-in and support.
  • Identify and socialize improvements to our ways of working within and outside of the Product organisation
