Job Description
The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a product portfolio roadmap and strategy that aligns with the business unit’s objectives and growth targets. This role oversees a diverse product portfolio, spanning both enterprise and government sectors across multiple countries.
In collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization, the Product Manager will formulate strategies to protect and expand the product portfolio. This includes managing the full product lifecycle, from conception and development to market launch and ongoing maintenance. The role emphasizes bringing innovative products to market that meet the needs of both internal stakeholders and external customers, while also working to enhance and automate the customer journey for a seamless, user-friendly experience.
As part of the Products Team, the Product Manager will serve as the central point of coordination between sales, operations, marketing, finance, and technical departments for the assigned product portfolio. They will manage product transitions from initial concept through development and commercial release, ensuring that each stage is guided by clear requirements, deadlines, and reporting metrics. The role also involves managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
The position may require interstate or international travel to other Symbio offices and for customer meetings. Reporting to the GM of Products, the Product Manager will work closely with the broader Products Team.
Qualifications

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 - 3 years of Product Management experience with Telecommunications/IT products with exposure to Webex
  • University Degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Business, Marketing) is desirable.
  • Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience is desirable.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Proven ability to build product-focused analytics processes, systems, and tools.
  • Strong business acumen with well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • Capable of making timely and effective decisions using appropriate information.
  • Excellent communication skills across all forms, including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
  • Capable of providing customers and stakeholders with a positive, can-do experience while fostering productive working relationships.
