Description:
Product Manager with expertise in Credit Risk solutions required to drive the strategic direction and management of credit risk products. This role is a critical position and reports into the Chief Product Officer and manages a team of 3 Product Owners.
Responsibilities:
- Product Vision: Define and own the strategic vision for credit risk products, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and market demands.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Product Owners, providing guidance and support to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
- Credit Risk Solution Experience: Prior experience in credit risk management is essential.
- Product Leadership: Proven experience in owning and shaping the product vision and roadmap to deliver impactful business results.
- Industry: Experience working in the Energy industry is highly desirable.
