Description:
Product Manager required to drive the development and strategic vision for data-driven dashboard interfaces. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role focuses on building and refining dashboards and interfaces that support credit risk and compliance teams within financial services environments.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Product Vision: Take ownership of the strategic direction for interface and dashboard products, ensuring they meet user needs and align with the organisation’s goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of 3 Product Owners, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with credit risk and compliance teams to develop intuitive, data-driven dashboards that support their specific needs.
- Data-Driven Dashboard Expertise: Prior experience with data-centric dashboard/interface products.
- Product Ownership: Proven track record of defining and driving product strategy and vision.
- Industry: Financial services experience is highly desirable.
