Description:

The Product Manager is responsible for the delivery of our strategic product focuses via our various delivery functions, across Software Engineering, DevOps, DBA, IT, Data Science & Analytics. You will work with our Solutions Consultancy team to define and document product visions, strategies, roadmaps, and business requirements.
You will translate these requirements into user stories and feed them into our delivery teams, delivering high quality products that meet market needs and drive business growth.
You will directly orchestrate our planning process across the business, collaborating with sales, consultancy, architecture and security teams.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Develop and communicate clear product vision and strategy aligned with our top product streams, in collaboration with our solutions consultancy team
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps that outline key features, enhancements and timelines
  • Analyse, appraise and document new opportunities for product enhancements and new product verticals through Concept Assessments and Battlecards.
  • Identify, document and share Personas for different categories of product user/decision makers.
  • Maintain an understanding of our key technology stack, system architecture and relevant technology trends, align to our product streams, and work with the technical teams to maintain mutual alignment.
  • Work closely with consultancy, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance user experience.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future improvements.
