Description:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in managing television apps or connected television service
- In-depth knowledge of CTV platforms, technologies, and industry best practices
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for television, streaming media, and technological innovation

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for our CTV streaming services, aligned with company strategy and user needs
- Analyse market trends, competitive offerings, and user feedback to drive product innovation and differentiation
- Set clear product objectives, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining feature requirements, prioritizing tasks, and managing release schedules
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create engaging and intuitive interfaces for a variety of connected television devices
- Work with engineering teams to define technical specifications and ensure the delivery of high-quality, stable, and performant products
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer feedback sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement
- Analyse user data and app performance metrics to refine and enhance features, driving higher engagement and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize user experience and increase viewer retention on CTV platform
- Collaborate with data analysts to track product performance, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven decisions
- Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to internal stakeholders, including executives and senior management
- Prepare and present reports on product performance, user metrics, and project progres
