POSITION SUMMARY:

To help continue to fuel our growth, we are looking for an upcoming, goal-oriented Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience to build and drive Trulioo’s Person Match solutions. This role will be responsible for understanding the existing product thoroughly, working closely with Sr PMs in the team, and coming up with creative solutions while owning areas of the roadmap. We are looking for an inquisitive and dedicated person that can thrive in a high-growth environment. This position will need to be based in Vancouver, Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Own modules of Person Match (KYC) product.
  • Contribute to the planning, and execution of Person Match solutions.
  • Conduct research and data review, working closely with our Business Development and Partnerships teams to expand and strengthen our data partner network.
  • Speaking to internal and external customers to collect feedback.
  • Working with the Product and Engineering management teams to propose and develop new Person Match products and solutions.
  • Be the subject matter & technical expert resource for internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to create knowledge-based articles, newsletters, documentation, and videos to ensure successful adoption of your product internally and externally.
  • Groom and manage the product backlog and lead Sprint sessions with Engineering.
