Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the hunt for a strong Product Manager to join our team and lead our Developer Experience. You’ll be the driving force behind creating an unforgettable experience for developers who integrate our products and services for our customers, this includes overseeing for developer documentation, guides and the over developer experience, but also being the counterparty for other product managers as well as key stakeholders within our business such as merchant lifecycle, customer success and commercial. This role is crucial to taking our product to the next level.
You’ll need to be able to think big picture when exploring new directions, but also dive into the nitty-gritty details when necessary. You should have a technical background with hands-on software development experience and a passion for creating great user experiences.
You’ll report directly to our VP of Product

  • Collaborate with developers to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the developer experience.
  • Design and implement new features and improvements.
  • Track and measure the impact of changes on developer satisfaction.
  • Partner with marketing, customer success and sales to promote the developer experience.
