Our group includes Turn IT On, School ICT, SalamanderSoft and Vital York and we proudly serve over 5,000 schools. We focus on making technology work better for schools, enabling better decision-making through data analysis, and supporting teachers in leveraging technology to supercharge their teaching.
As a Product Manager at Transforming Learning Group, you will play a crucial role in understanding the technology and data needs of schools and leading the development of innovative products that enhance education. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring our products align with our mission of transforming learning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in education technology and/or data solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and agile mindset with the ability to iterate on products based on data and customer feedback.
  • Experience in leading product management efforts that support scale, efficiency, and automation for schools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and business intelligence teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market, competitor, and user research to deeply understand the needs of schools.
  • Develop products that complement our existing technology and data services and align with our business strategy.
  • Lead the product development process, including design, pilot, and delivery, with a focus on growth and retention.
  • Prioritise product features in collaboration with stakeholders, including the software engineering team.
  • Work closely with product marketers and sales teams to create marketing materials that effectively communicate product value.
  • Implement methods to track product performance, including usage, acquisition, retention, and customer feedback.
  • Use data and customer insights to drive continuous product improvement.
