About the Digital Product Team
The digital product team is dedicated to creating innovative and engaging digital experiences for children and educators. We are committed to enriching the lives of users through interactive and educational applications that inspire creativity, learning, and fun. We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to evolve the learning apps across iOS, Android and Web, driving growth and solving real customer problems.
Ongoing projects/how you’ll spend your day:
-

Understanding the customer and market landscape: Engaging with customers via UXR, Innovation and Customer Insights teams to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and validate product concepts. Incorporating customer insights into product development. Analysis of market trends, and competitive landscape and identify opportunities

  • Building the product roadmap: Developing and maintaining the product roadmap, aligning it with the company’s strategic objectives. Prioritising features and initiatives based on business impact and customer feedback.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with engineering, design, UXR, data and education teams to ensure the successful development and launch of products.
  • Stakeholder management: Building strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating your roadmap and its evolution and collaborating to identify the most high value priorities
  • Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers via UXR, Innovation and Customer Insights teams to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and validate product concepts. Incorporating customer insights into product development.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Managing product updates and iterations based on user feedback and market changes. Collaboration with marketing teams to ensure successful product marketing is in place as part of launch and iteration plans.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Collaborate with data teams to ensure products are appropriately tracked and analysed. Reporting on product success and areas for improvement to senior management.

You’ll work with:

  • The technology team: product, engineering, design, UXR, data
  • Stakeholders: marketing, education team, innovation team, customer team, senior leadership

We’re interested in people that have:
-

Extensive experience as a Product Manager, working in consumer-facing products

  • Experience working on native apps on iOS and Android
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and product analytics tools.
  • An understanding of the EdTech landscape, gamification, and emerging technologies such as AI is a plus
  • A Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
