Description:
THIS REQUISITION IS INTENDED FOR THOSE THAT HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED AN INTERNSHIP/CO-OP AT SPLUNK
You will experience Splunking and what defines our culture while honing the skills which separate our development teams from others.
Working to support internal and external customer needs, you will collaborate with multi-functional teams and gain insight into our values-driven process.
You will work on complex problems, potentially expanding beyond your team’s charter.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related technical field or an MBA with an established technical foundation. Applicants should also possess a strong record of academic achievement
- Successfully completed an internship at Splunk

- Strong project execution skills, attention to detail and quality, and a risk-mitigation mentality

- Willing to do what it takes to get quality products and features to market on time
Responsibilities:
- Partner with engineers and other Product Managers to prioritize and understand customer and user needs in-depth and translate those needs into a compelling product roadmap.
- Develop insightful success metrics and tactically implement operational and process improvements across our product feedback portfolio
- Communicate customers’ technical requirements crisply and succinctly with design and engineering.
- Over an extended period of time, write functional specifications, and set criteria for release readiness with regards to the functionality of the solution.
- Interact with internal and external customers to identify issues and potential solutions.
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding of incoming interns.
