• Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in product management, with a solid track record of creating and managing successful digital products
• Attitude: Have a “can-do“ attitude, and passion for making things happen. You’re flexible and adaptable - the constantly changing landscape of a fast-paced tech startup excites you

• Communications: You can explain complex scenarios and solutions in a clear and concise way. You’re as comfortable presenting to the CEO as you are brainstorming with engineers
• Data fluency: You comfortably utilize data in identifying opportunities and making product decisions
  Being passionate and knowledgeable about the world of creators, podcasts, audio, media, and entertainment is a plus, as is specific experience in growth (user driven growth - a double plus).

• Inspire: Be the chief storyteller for our product. Ensure every update, every feature, every innovation resonates with our users and mission.
• Lead: Direct the Podimo product journey, working closely with engineers, designers, researchers and our world-class content team to create an experience that’s out of this world.
• Grow: Utilize your growth-hacking skills to creatively help our users be our best ambassadors, unlocking virality.
• Optimize: Continuously improve the user experience based on data, user feedback, and your innovative ideas.
  You will be reporting to our Chief Product Officer and preferably be based out of one of our offices in Copenhagen, Berlin, Madrid, London or Vilnius. This role could also be remote within the CET+/-1 timezone.
