Description:

POSITION DESCRIPTION & GENERIC TASK LIST

  • Work closely with Customers and OEM for confirmed sales to ensure correct specification of products.
  • Coordinate between after sales, customers and the factory to ensure timely resolution of quality, specification and/or other ad-hoc issues
  • Actively participate in tenders with Sales team and take overall responsibility for coordinating tender specification, documentation and detailed design
  • Facilitate ADR (Australian design rules) compliance of new trucking product line into Australia through working closely with the OEM to achieve this accreditation
  • Ensure OEM supplied product meets local laws and standards
