We are seeking a passionate and innovative Product Manager to lead our community investment solutions. You’ll manage the product lifecycle, define the vision, and prioritize customer needs, all while collaborating with engineering to deliver impactful and high-quality solutions. You’ll also partner with sales, marketing, and support to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Focus on enhancing our Volunteering product to increase user engagement
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve meaningful outcomes
- Identify market opportunities, prioritize features, and work closely with engineering to deliver results
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including epics and user stories
- Explore partnerships and licensing opportunities with third parties
- Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and best practices in corporate giving, including grantmaking and sponsorships
- Develop product positioning and messaging in collaboration with marketing.
- Support the creation of sales tools and collateral
