We’re hiring a Product Manager for our Intranet and Internal Communications. This will be a central role within our organisation, accountable for guiding a dedicated product team to improve and optimise our internal communication channels landscape.
This role will guide the development and utilisation of technologies used to communicate with 45,000 internal employees, consultants and leaders worldwide! You will influence our internal communication updates in our offices, manufacturing units and retail locations worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • You will guide and inspire a product team, as well as promote a collaborative and effective working environment
  • Set team vision and establish and maintain the prioritised roadmap for internal communications technologies. Align with stakeholders responsible for internal communications content
  • Develop and implement a strategy to oversee and optimise our internal communication technology solutions
  • Leverage intranet systems to improve usability, engagement and effectiveness of internal communication tools
  • Use data to make informed choices and ensure technical solutions are based on solid evidence and insights
  • Work closely with communications, human resources, and other internal stakeholders to understand their needs, provide guidance and recommendations based on requirements and best practices
  • Maintain a holistic view of employee communication channels, and ensure internal communication tools are integrated and aligned across the organisation
  • Constantly seek ways to enhance internal communication technology, stay ahead of trends, recommend and implement new channels, tools and platforms
