As a key member of the marketing team, the Product Manager will lead marketing initiatives for our range of aquatic structures. This role is essential for driving strategic planning, market analysis, product development, and cross-functional coordination with sales and design teams to ensure product success.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

  • University degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing (product launches are a plus), ideally in the aquatic structures industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • 5 years of prior experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis and Planning

  • Conduct rigorous competitive intelligence and carry out in-depth market studies to track trends and anticipate industry developments.
  • Regularly analyze the performance of the product portfolio to identify opportunities for development and growth.
  • Collect and interpret customer feedback, preferences, and needs to stay attuned to the market and identify new growth avenues.
  • Work closely with the Research and Development team to develop a strategic innovation plan for the short, medium, and long term.

Product Strategy and 360 Marketing Plan

  • Manage multiple product lines or categories, overseeing the analysis of the existing portfolio and defining the product roadmap (life cycle, pricing, distribution, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure designs meet market expectations and customer needs. Diligently follow the development process (Gate-Stage) by providing essential marketing deliverables.
  • Develop 360 product launch strategies (both online and offline), planning and executing activations for each campaign for new product launches or existing product lines.
  • Maintain and enhance the marketing plan while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals, maximizing both visibility and revenue.
  • Define key performance indicators for each marketing activation and optimize the results obtained.Content Development
  • Oversee content creation and develop a compelling narrative for products (storytelling).
  • Design various marketing materials, including brochures, campaign visuals, advertisements, product marketing presentations, as well as digital content (newsletters, blog articles, visuals for social media), to effectively convey product value and ensure brand image consistency.
  • Develop personalized Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plans aimed at engaging and converting strategic accounts, using tailored marketing approaches and working closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Other Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and targeted marketing campaigns to increase the visibility of the company and its products.
  • Actively participate in annual sales meetings by presenting planned new product launches.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that implemented strategies are cost-effective and maximize return on investment
