• Observation of competitor technologies and market trends
• Analysing award prices to determine target prices
• Recording market requirements in terms of technology and price
• Exchanging information with specialist departments and design managers
• Defining and managing product-related development projects and creating the product roadmap
• Obtaining feedback from reference systems
• Creation of the product roadmap
• Analysing product-related issues during order processing
• Helping to determine the need to adapt standards and design guidelines
• Developing product training courses for internal purposes
• Defining the quotation strategy in collaboration with Sales and Quotations
• Support in technical contract negotiations
• Participation in design reviews and warranty reviews
• Support in the creation of sales-related materials (Internet, brochures, presentations, etc.) and organisation of technical presentations
• Supporting sales with customer presentations and maintaining business contacts
