Description:

The Product Manageris responsible for the full lifecycle management of the company’s products, including product planning, requirement analysis, development coordination, launch, and iterative optimization. This role requires close collaboration with technical, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that the products meet user needs and support the company’s business objectives.
Additionally, the Product Manager is expected to conduct in-depth research on market trends and competitors in the flooring industry to provide strategic product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Planning and Requirement Analysis

  • Develop product strategies and roadmaps based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to define product features and improve user experience.

Product Development Coordination

  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure that product development is on schedule.
  • Set development timelines and manage the balance between product requirements and technical implementation.

Product Launch and Release

  • Coordinate product testing and launch activities to ensure stability and reliability.
  • Prepare product release documents and user guides to support users and internal teams.

Product Data Analysis and Optimization

  • Track product key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze usage data.
  • Propose product optimization plans based on data analysis and drive implementation.

Competitor Research

  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends and key competitors in the flooring industry.。
  • Prepare competitor analysis reports to support the company’s product strategy.
  • Identify market opportunities and gaps, and provide recommendations for product improvements and innovations.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure that the product meets business needs.
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams to address issues in product development and promotion.

Educational Background。

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.

Experience Request

  • At least 3 years of experience in product management or related experience in the flooring industry.

Skills Requirements

  • Being fluent in both Chinese and English will be a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management processes.
  • Strong skills in requirement analysis, data analysis, and project management.
  • Proficiency in using prototyping tools such as Axure and Figma for product design.
  • Competency in competitor research and market analysis.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
