Job Description:
The Product Manager, Workday Integrated Services - Financial Services is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle including requirements gathering, market research, definition of product vision and strategy, delivery management as well as ensuring quality support and maintenance for the Workday Integrated Services (WIS) product suite. The Financial Services – Product Manager (PdM) Workday Integrated Services collaborates closely with the user groups, market leaders, Financial Services , vendors, Director, Associate Director other higher-ed institutions and other related organizations. The Financial Services – PdM (WIS) provides leadership and management to the Strategic Analytic Consultant team.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Undergraduate degree in computing science or equivalent information technology discipline preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in Financial Services and/or IT and business/industry or government. Post-secondary experience would be an asset.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Strong practical knowledge of project and product management principles, methods, and practices.
- Solid understanding of product design and business analysis methodologies, tools, techniques, and agile practices.
- Experience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering preferred.
- Experience with the Workday ERP suite of products preferred.
- Experience with a Higher Education institution would be desirable.
- Experience with the M365 suite of tools preferred.
- Experience with data analysis using Power BI, Excel Pivot Tables, or other similar tools preferred.
- Supervisory or team management experience is an asset

Compensation beyond the mid-point requires approval by the Public Sector Employers’ Council Secretariat (PSEC).
