WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team! As part of the Technology, you will be responsible for project leadership and business process improvement across our technology platforms.
WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is an exciting, fast-growing house detailing franchise. We are part of O2E Brands, the parent company of the hugely successful 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our rockstar team to support building and enhancing our current technology platforms while supporting the future of our digital customer experience.

For this role’s duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 50% of time.

A day in the life:

• Product Strategy and Development: Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of the customer and end-user of the product you are responsible for to ensure innovation and value are optimized for the brands. Drive customer and market research, identify opportunities and work with Product Owners in Brands to help best deliver on strategy and long-term vision.Understand through research, building an understanding of how our businesses operate what contributes to customer/end-user success (i.e. frustration, conversion, adoption).
• Product Development: Guide the business and brands through product innovation, prototype, validation, and development of the Product Manager’s assigned platform. Ensure the business and development teams are maintaining a configuration-first approach when developing features or enhancements. Leverage quantitative data and product advancements to drive solutions, innovation, and decision-making.
• Project Management: Establish a framework to allow for dynamic reporting that assists when assessing a feature. Leverage data points to paint a picture when it comes to prioritization, aligning work to a brand’s strategy and vision, and assessing business value.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work collaboratively with Brands, developers, architects, and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes for strategic initiatives and ongoing improvement themes. Regular communication with senior stakeholders about approved development, status updates, and proposed timings for development phases
