As a Product Marketeer Professional, you’ll be responsible for lead Professional Philips Portfolio to the region.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree or higher education completed in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience, with knowledge of the lighting industry and proven ability to achieve sales goals.
  • Knowledge and experience of the lighting sector: market, customers, and competition. Knowledge of the product and applications of professional lighting.
  • Focused on the client with the ability to adjust plans and actions to meet the changing needs of the market / client.
  • Excellent communication, as well as interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with others in a professional, courteous, and ethical manner.
  • Advanced English is mandatory.
  • This position is based in Panamá City, Panamá.

Responsibilities:

Operational

  • Translate business plans to define market product marketing strategy.
  • Ensure the execution of pricing strategy as defined by commercial leader.
  • Ensure effective and coordinated market product introductions.
  • Enable forecast accuracy for the assigned portfolios.
  • Lead QxP & financial planning for assigned portfolio including inventory management.
  • Coordinate & consolidate market and customer insights for CSM, product insights for PM.

  • Manages the collective revenues and IGM targets across assigned portfolios.

Customer

  • Lead overall portfolio messaging and ensure effective localization of product marketing content.
  • Establish high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Define the product training strategy for designated portfolio.

  • Drive cross functional collaboration, ensuring local market product requirements understood and addressed.
  • Build product marketing capability to drive performance of Product Marketing team.
