JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB), the global Marketing and Communications team supports the business’ goals and objectives.
As a Product Marketer Analyst/Associate in Commercial & Investment Bank you will be responsible for creating, managing and delivering end-to-end marketing plans and activities for a portfolio of leading global markets products and solutions. Working in close partnership with product and sales executives and the broader CIB marketing and communications team, you will be responsible for educating and equipping the business with integrated go-to-market plans.
You will help drive marketing strategies across a portfolio of global markets products and solutions by developing a deep understanding of our strategic business objectives, positioning and suite of offerings. You should then use this expertise to create differentiated, audience-focused messages that are activated across the right channel mix. You will get an opportunity to create and take ownership of end-to-end marketing strategies, apply “big-picture” marketing ideas to spark internal and external engagement and, ultimately, simplify complex and technical concepts for J.P. Morgan prospects and clients.
Job responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing programs to ensure effective, innovative and efficient delivery across the user journey for various products on J.P. Morgan Markets (jpmm.com)
- Project manage and influence cross-functional marketing teams to deliver strategic messages and content through relevant internal and external channels
- Partner with business leads to align marketing plans to strategic business objectives and milestones, meeting regularly with key stakeholders to gather input, feedback and measure success
- Become the subject matter expert for a portfolio of products and solutions
- Monitor campaign results to optimize in real-time and measure the impact and effectiveness of campaigns, including preparing presentations of findings
- Work with 3rd party vendor on media buying – from developing agency briefs based on campaign objectives to ensuring media assets are delivered on-time as required
- Write, edit and contribute to the design of programs, including, but not limited to direct marketing campaigns,digital channels including web, online advertising and social media, global and regional sales tools product videos, interactive help guides
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Knowledge of product marketing and digital marketing channels, including execution of tactics in a business-to-business marketing environment, with specific
- Keen interest in learning about and understanding our eCommerce products and platforms
- High energy with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent EQ and relationship skills, highly collaborative with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly across all levels of our diverse, global teams
- Innovative mindset with an eye on constant, measured improvement
- Process driven mindset and attention to detail, with an interest in constantly learning new skills
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills, including copywriting, editing and proofing
- Keen attention to detail is a must

- Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns
- Experience in media buying and creative agency briefings
