Description:

Campaign Management

  • Lead the development of the annual channel marketing strategy to deliver on enrollment and customer retention targets for the Product Initiative Department.
  • Define, develop and continuously evolve our positioning and messaging strategy to resonate and compel our prospects, customers and our employees to choose us.
  • Key liaison working in collaboration with Brand, Strat Directors, and Integrated Marketing, and Social teams, ensuring relevant and thought-provoking positioning in the marketplace.
  • Content Development: Partner with internal teams and external vendors as appropriate to create compelling messaging and content assets aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Partner with Marketing liaisons who oversee our value library MOJO to ensure that various Product Initiative Projects are included, and various calls-to-actions are optimized based on personalization strategies and department goals that drive a deepening of engagement.
  • Champion, coordinate and negotiate and influence the execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, e-mail, events, and traditional marketing.
  • Create and innovate on low-cost programs to drive increased quality traffic.
  • Review content and assets developed by agency partners, marketing contributors and other sources to ensure quality and consistency with our brand and positioning.
  • Create innovative ways for viral marketing and word-of-mouth guerrilla marketing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
