Description:

ABOUT US:

A global automotive manufacturing company is seeking a Product Marketing and Dealer Support Analyst to join their team through Jackson Dawson. This role is crucial in monitoring and improving our Training programs’ performance, efficiency, and success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills: experience with Salesforce CRMA or Tableau is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem-solving ability and flexibility
  • Willingness to travel (10-15% of the time)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

  • Proficiency in using computer equipment and software

Responsibilities:

• Manage training programs to boost participation, learning outcomes, and cost-effectiveness

  • Develop and support training content and outreach initiatives
  • Analyze metrics and generate reports for management insights
  • Support Regional Sales Managers and Directors with training access and custom reports
  • Coordinate dealer events and liaise with external agencies for support materials
  • Assist in collateral and point-of-purchase production
  • Oversee the Driven program rewards and fulfillment
  • Build relationships with internal staff and dealers to support team goals
  • Align marketing operations with company objectives
