We partner with global and local partners to drive activations that fuel profitable growth for our Clouds and make them #1 in their categories, industries and regions.
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategic Product Marketer with a passion for data, analytics and business intelligence technologies to differentiate and grow our Tableau business in EMEA. The successful candidate will have the ability to drive the product marketing strategy and plan in partnership with EMEA sales, field marketing, enablement, sales programs and extended teams as well as HQ PMM to deliver pipeline goals and increase awareness for the top-tier analytics platform worldwide - Tableau.
You are a great teammate with a passion for strategy and storytelling, and you understand how to enable sales teams on value propositions as well as to collaborate with field teams to drive pipeline with targeted marketing activations.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 3-5 years experience in product marketing, solution marketing or equivalent, ideally in B2B software or SaaS
  • High energy, personable, innovative, and creative - with the execution skills to make it all count
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced, fast-growing, constantly evolving matrix environment and across multiple regions
  • Self-starter who is comfortable in a complex organisation to drive projects from idea to execution fast
  • Ability to navigate cultures and all levels of partners across multiple functions and geographies to establish agreement for Go-to-Market priorities
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
  • Strong social skills – a blend of firmness and conviction with tact and a constructive demeanor
  • Strong communicator and storyteller comfortable with making pitches in public
  • Strategic problem solver with a growth mindset, a bias for action and a comfort with numbers including an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Understanding of the Analytics & IT buyers as a target market and ability to engage with and influence this audience
  • Multi-lingual skills are desirable (English and German)

Responsibilities:

  • Be the champion, expert and product marketing engine behind Tableau across key EMEA markets, helping grow our pipeline, ACV and awareness, and driving our product strategy in priority countries
  • Build and improve deep understanding of Tableau products and customers as well as buyers and communities to help educate both internal and external audiences on our value propositions
  • Develop EMEA market and buyer insights that fuel Go-to-Market planning, campaign strategies and awareness as well as sales planning and execution
  • Partner with EMEA Field Marketing to own, customise and build content that fuels local marketing activations generating demand for Tableau, including events, campaigns, digital and exec programs
  • Align with EMEA Sales, Sales Programs, Product Marketing and EMEA Enablement teams to develop and deliver sales enablement plans and sales programs to drive pipe generation and progression
  • Partner with Sales & Customer Marketing to develop regional customer references, deal wins, testimonials and case studies for external and internal use
  • Drive product launches for the region, ensuring new Tableau products or relaunches are showing up across marketing touch points as well as delivering field and market readiness for new productsSupervise and report on the performance of products in the EMEA market and communicate the results of related Go- -to-Market activations to key partners
