EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Successfully completed studies in economics / informatics (with a focus on IT or e-commerce) or a comparable training with background in marketing
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the management of product data with data management or content management systems as part of marketing team in a technical sector.
  • A structured, solution-oriented way of working and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with industry standards within Data Management like ETIM, eCl@ss, BMEcat, etc. and other systems like ERP, PLM (product life-cycle management) and ecommerce platforms.
  • Previous PIM system experience is a must
  • Knowledge of PIM platform like InRiver or similar is preferred
  • Strong skill in managing data with spreadsheet would be beneficial
  • Experienced to work in a multinational environment and preferably experience in ecommerce
  • Excellent communications skills in English combined with good technical comprehension and the desire to work with technology-driven contents
  • Self-starter; Communicative, dynamic and team-oriented
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and networking skills

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, improve, manage and maintain product data together with marketing, regional/SBU marketing, product management and e-Commerce teams.
  • Responsible for regional content enrichment with support from other teams.
  • Ensure high-quality data & content, focus on regular streams of product information and a proactive approach to gaps in our product portfolio
  • Manage and organize the regional product portfolio together with relevant stakeholders
  • First contact for projects with product data reference in the region
  • Propose best practices in data management and control in the region
  • Responsible for Regional PIM product information
  • Identify and feedback PIM requirements to Group marketing PIM lead
  • Training and support of other PIM regional users
  • Coordination role in the region
