ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead the development and execution of our new referral product, GetAgent Exchange. This is an exciting opportunity to own the product end-to-end, which is a key strategic priority for GetAgent.
An initial version of this product has been piloted with large estate agents. We’re now looking for someone to drive the development and - most crucially - adoption of GetAgent Exchange with agents of all sizes.
Reporting into the Growth Director, this is an opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to make a huge impact with plenty of autonomy. You’ll have at least one dedicated developer to execute your roadmap as well as support from subject-matter experts from across the business. So whilst you will be well supported, you’ll need to be comfortable setting your own priorities and those of your team
