EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in product marketing, brand management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success with product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Background in SaaS, HR Tech, or technology sectors is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A relevant marketing qualification (e.g., CIM, IDM) or equivalent experience is desirable.

SKILLS

  • Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and sales enablement materials.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate data into actionable insights, driving informed decision-making.
  • Project Management: Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (3-month contract) to join our dynamic team in London. In this pivotal position, you will serve as the vital bridge between product development and the market, ensuring our product offerings resonate deeply with target audiences. Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for new and existing products, craft compelling messaging, and drive product adoption and engagement. RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring seamless alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, compelling product messaging that highlights key differentiators and resonates with the target audience.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, using insights to guide product marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams to maintain cohesive communication and alignment on product goals.
  • Content Development: Create engaging marketing materials—case studies, brochures, videos, sales enablement tools—to drive product adoption and support sales efforts.
  • Customer Insights: Gather feedback and insights from customers to inform both product development and marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyse key product marketing metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and optimise strategies.
