Description:

PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

We’re seeking a brilliant, inspirational, and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product Marketing department. The Product Marketing team at Blis tell stories that bring our product and platform to life for our customers. This role will be a key driving force to Blis’ commercial success, ensuring we have a highly effective sales organization speaking our customer’s language.
Reporting into the Director of Product Marketing, the successful applicant will have a results-driven ethos inspired by a deep understanding of our customers and product, coupled with an ability to build compelling messaging & sales storytelling.
You will be expected to intimately know the killer features, differentiators, and shortfalls of your products and will work in close collaboration with product development leads and marketing teams as well as commercial sales and external partners and clients. Ultimately this should enable you to develop clear, concise and effective communication, both internal and external, to drive home differentiated product marketing by leveraging customer, market & competitive data.
This is a full-time position based in Sydney, Australia. We’ve embraced flexible working and expect this to continue indefinitely, but regular onsite visits will be required for product, sales and client sessions. We currently expect this to average around 3 times per week.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience working in B2B product marketing, ideally within the ad-tech digital space
  • Deep understanding of the AdTech media, data & programmatic industries
  • Excellent communication skills – including written, verbal and presentation skills - with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into benefits-driven, simple & compelling marketing messages
  • Ability to confidently present materials to large groups, both internal and external
  • Demonstrated success in driving impactful product launches and end-to-end execution of GTM strategies

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the production of sales collateral and effective go to market strategies for new product & feature launches.
  • Create product value propositions to build and launch impactful client-facing sales material, from pitch decks to case studies and product videos. Inspiring clients and ultimately driving revenue.
  • Work directly with the wider product team to ensure our products are well-positioned with commercial teams armed with the right tools to answer any incoming client questions.
  • Localisation of product materials and information for ANZ region (ie language, decks, materials)
  • Within single project areas, manage efficient and timely execution of product launch GTM plans, including strong cross-team collaboration with various departments & stakeholders across the business
  • Market intelligence – support with knowledge gathering on our competitors and clients, who they are and what motivates them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial teams across the wider business to ensure a good understanding of various challenges and how best to solve them.
