JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Product Marketing Manager for Automotive MCUs, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for our automotive MCU products. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, positioning our products in the market, and driving product adoption. You will collaborate closely with the technical marketing, applications, sales, and business development teams to ensure that our products meet market demands and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies for automotive MCUs.
  • Understand customer requirements and use cases for automotive MCU applications, ensuring our products are positioned to meet market needs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Work closely with the field and technical marketing teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling product positioning and messaging.
  • Drive demand generation, marketing campaigns, and product launches in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Create marketing materials including product presentations, whitepapers, and other collateral that clearly communicates product value propositions.
  • Engage with key customers, partners, and influencers to gather feedback and drive product adoption.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role, within the semiconductor or automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive MCUs. Familiarity with the S32 or AURIX family is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Ethernet, SERDES, and other high-speed communication technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a collaborative mindset.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience working with automotive safety standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 26262, AUTOSAR).
  • Technical expertise in system-level design and implementation of automotive electronics.
  • Experience with firmware development or embedded systems programming.
