At Contractbook, we’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager who is eager to learn, tech-savvy, obsessed with customers, and passionate about building bridges between teams. We are looking for a someone who is obsessed with crafting the right message for prospects and customers, and is willing to take risks and be bold. You are not camera shy, ideally feel comfortable scripting and recording product videos, and are ready to become the face of our product/brand. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will drive our product’s success by understanding customer needs, crafting compelling product narratives, and leading go-to-market strategies. You will be a bold voice in the room, driving the agenda and ensuring our product resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product features and releases, ensuring successful launches that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Be the expert on our target audience: Be obsessed with understanding our prospects and customers and their motivations and pains, and how to inspire them.
  • Bridge Product and Customer Needs: Work closely with product management to deeply understand the product roadmap, translating technical features into customer-focused benefits.
  • Own Product Positioning: Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience, differentiates us in the market, and drives customer acquisition and retention.
  • Be the Face of the Product: Create and record engaging product videos, delivering clear and compelling narratives that connect with our audience and showcase our product’s value.
  • Drive Demand Generation: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design and execute campaigns that generate demand, nurture leads, and accelerate the customer journey.
  • Customer Insights & Market Research: Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and marketing tactics.
  • Support Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, collateral, and training to effectively communicate the product’s value proposition and close deals.
