Job Description
If you are a Product Marketing professional have proven experience in executing strategy and product management while building customer relationships to deliver commercial success looking for an opportunity to grow. Copeland has an exciting opening! Reporting to the Director - Residential Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for market and product strategy, and execution for the Residential AC business.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Focusing on near term market trends analysis – emphasis on new technology, regulatory, policy, and sustainability trends
  • Identify, analyze, prioritize business opportunities, and establish product specifications to meet/exceed market needs for profitable growth
  • Guide product teams, including engineering, program, and product management as the voice of the customer to conceptualize, develop, launch, and drive adoption of new products into marketplace
  • Key role in developing product strategies for the residential market with executive management
  • Assist with customer engagement to align understanding around market dynamics to develop and test value propositions on potential new products
  • Work with sales and adjacent market leaders to validate strategic plans and build go-to-market and customer-based strategies
  • Develop product marketing forecasts, and new product pricing strategies to deliver long term business goals of sales and profitability
  • Support marketing communications and industry stewardship in North America
  • Develop customer-based relationships with integrity, business, and technical efficiency to deliver key business results

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelors
  • 7+ years relevant experience of marketing, customer, product or related B2B and executing strategy and product management
  • Product marketing/business development knowledge
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Technical aptitude and business acumen
  • Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
