Product Marketing Manager- Credit Solutions
Position Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to support strategic marketing for the CGI Credit Studio credit management platform. In this role, you will design and execute campaigns around credit management platform capabilities including origination, collections, and servicing.
This role requires leadership and collaboration skills as you work closely with product managers, client account teams and your marketing colleagues across the U.S. and globally to promote CGI’s thought leadership, offerings and services, unique capabilities, and success stories to our clients and prospects.
You will join an energized and outcomes-driven marketing team as the primary marketing business partner to the Credit product group. You will succeed with excellent project and stakeholder management sklls, ability to learn quickly, attention to detail, a strategic approach, an innovative and creative mindset, and a passion for serving clients. While the majority of your colleagues are local to Fairfax, VA and the surrounding area, we collaborate proactively and virtually with teammates and stakeholders across the U.S.
This role can be located in any CGI office in the U.S., but the preferred location is Fairfax, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product team and corporate marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand and align with the CGI’s business objectives and target audience
  • Develop and maintain current strategic marketing materials for the CGI Credit Studio credit management platform including sales presentations, thought leadership blogs and whitepapers, brochures, digital collateral, case studies, and business development resources
  • Design and contribute to marketing strategies for industry and event campaigns that promote Credit Studio solutions across channels including cgi.com, social media, email, and third party platforms
  • Contribute to industry and user conference planning and execution
  • Implement lead generation strategies and nurture campaigns to attract and convert high-quality leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential customers
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) to continuously optimize and refine marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research and generate insights about competitor offerings and positioning strategies
  • Work closely with sales, product, and marketing functions to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging and branding, and execute go to market campaigns and initiatives
  • Support the product team in building awareness with industry analysts
  • Support go-to-market relationships and offerings with CGI’s external partners and key industry associations

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing within the fintech or financial services industry
  • In-depth understanding of fintech trends, technologies, and regulatory landscape
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing strategies
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint
  • Position location is flexible but must be in proximity to a CGI office

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $96,500 - $202,700.”
