Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in defining and executing go-to-market strategies, ensuring our products meet market needs, and driving their success in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Conduct in-depth market research to gather customer insights and competitive analysis.
- Create and refine product messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and digital content.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell products.
- Oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring seamless transitions from interest to sales, delivery, and in-life stages.
- Collaborate with various business units to ensure a comprehensive understanding of how the product works and aligns with customer expectations.
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience in the tech industry
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Experience with market research and data analysis.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and certifications related to solar energy and electric vehicle charging in the UK.
- Familiarity with solar energy systems, EV charging infrastructure, and related technologies.
- Knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Understanding of electric vehicle charging technologies, standards, and protocols.
- Based in our London or Leeds office with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product, marketing or product marketing.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing industry and technology landscape.
