Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in defining and executing go-to-market strategies, ensuring our products meet market needs, and driving their success in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to gather customer insights and competitive analysis.
  • Create and refine product messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and digital content.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell products.
  • Oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring seamless transitions from interest to sales, delivery, and in-life stages.
  • Collaborate with various business units to ensure a comprehensive understanding of how the product works and aligns with customer expectations.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in the tech industry
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Experience with market research and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and certifications related to solar energy and electric vehicle charging in the UK.
  • Familiarity with solar energy systems, EV charging infrastructure, and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Understanding of electric vehicle charging technologies, standards, and protocols.
  • Based in our London or Leeds office with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product, marketing or product marketing.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing industry and technology landscape.
