Make is the leading visual platform for anyone to design, build, and automate anything—from tasks and workflows to apps and systems—without the need for coding skills. We are headquartered in the flourishing tech hub of Prague, Czech Republic, and our teams are spread across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India and Chile, among other locations.
We’re growing our product marketing muscle at Make, so we are opening up a new position to join our product marketing team and help continue efforts to build this critical function within the Marketing team. A key focus area will be around the research and development of targeted value propositions for all the new innovation coming from our product organisation. We’re looking for someone with a talent for messaging and enablement, that can lead go to market strategy aligning key partners across commercial and product teams to drive product adoption.
This role reports into the Product Marketing Lead within the Make marketing organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our current and future customers, their challenges, needs and wants.
  • Partner with product and commercial teams to launch new features and applications, driving awareness and acquisition among prospective and existing customers.
  • Support product strategy and roadmap by partnering closely with Product, providing market and audience insights
  • Craft crisp value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences and work in conjunction with our overall brand messaging.
  • Enable commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Growth) on our differentiated product capabilities by creating a range of tools and materials that effectively communicate our value throughout the customer journey.
  • Build a strong understanding of our competitors’ positioning, messaging and product value in order to effectively optimize for differentiation within our messaging and overall offering.
  • Support product positioning, audience definition and sizing, research pricing, and naming for a portfolio of solutions
